Can I grow tomatoes on my screened-in porch? What about pollination? I am not concerned about sun, just the fact that there are no bees.

As long as your plants get the required sunlight, they'll develop blossoms. You can play bee, just as they do in greenhouses, by taking an artist's fine camelhair brush and visiting each open blossom. You'll be transferring pollen from one blossom to another by thoroughly brushing the little pollen grains against the inside surfaces of each flower. When properly pollinated, and if the temperature is above 50F degrees, each blossom should produce a tomato.
