Should I dig up my Calla Lilies for winter storage or can they stay in the ground?

Calla Lilies are native to South Africa. While they can take some winter frost, they should be dug and stored if winter weather is severe. Dig the roots and store them at 40F - 50F degrees in dry soil, sawdust, or peatmoss. In the spring you can replant them in the garden.
