I have a carrion flower, and I was wondering if it would winter outside in my area. I have always brought it inside, but it so huge! |
Your carrion flower (Smilax herbacea) is also called Jacob's Ladder or False Solomon's Seal. It prefers warm weather and the leaves are tender, so the foliage will die down if you leave it outdoors this winter, but it will send out new shoots and foliage next spring. |
