I live in central eastern Wisconsin (zone 4)and want to grow grapes. Is there a variety that will live through our tough winters?

There are several French-American hybrids for just such a cold-winter zone. You'll find 'Reliance', 'Vidal Blanc', 'Seyval Blanc', and several others available through Jung Garden Center, 1313 Northport Dr., Madison WI 53704 (608) 249-8120, or The Ant Farm, 7163 Loper Rd., Roxbury, WI (608) 643-2933. Good luck with your new vineyard!
