Marigolds are the easiest plants to grow here in Nebraska. However, I get very tired of the yellow, or the rust/yellow combination. At one time, in the Omaha World Herald, a column featuring marigolds discussed a new variety which was "burgundy" or "maroon" in color. Is such a color available? Also, in a previous question, someone mentioned white marigolds. I would LOVE to buy seeds of these two colors, and more: just not yellow.

Burpee's catalog carries the standard yellow and bi-colored marigolds, as well as 'Deep Orange Lady', the white varieties 'French Vanilla', and 'Snowdrift', and mixed packets of the above. Order online at: http://www.burpee.com, or toll-free (800) 888-1447. Enjoy!
