I recently saw a beautiful plant with large purple leaves growing in a Greenville, SC garden. I found a nursery tag, which named it Giant Red Mustard. I have searched for more information, and can't seem to find any. Do you know anything about the plant I saw?

The mustard you saw is edible, but because of the large size, is often grown as an ornamental. Commonly called Red Giant, it's Brassica juncea 'Japanese Red Giant', and the seeds are available through Cyberseeds, P. O. Box 171102, San Antonio, TX 78217-1102.
