I once saw a plant that I know was nicknamed 'touch me not'. When you touched the seed bud, it would pop, releasing the seeds. I would love to know the name of this plant, and where I could find seeds?

Touch-Me-Not is a "common" name for Impatiens balsamina, an old-fashioned annual also known as garden balsam, so this may be the plant you remember. Burpee offers seeds for it in the Heirloom Catalog. You may order a catalog at the website http://burpee.com/ or call 1-800-888-1447 to verify current availability.
