I would like to find an evergreen climbing vine to go along the front walk on my stucco home. We are in Zone 10 and it is a southeast facing wall that gets some sun. I would like for it to be hardy for our hot California summers, however, it is starting to get colder here in the winters so that must be taken into consideration too. It could be flowering or not.

Some of the evergreen vines that will perform well in your area include Anemopaegma chamberlaynii (Yellow Trumpet Vine), Clematis armandii (Evergreen Clematis), Clytostoma callistegioides (Violet Trumpet), Gelsemium sempervirens (Carolina Jessamine), Lonicera (Honeysuckle), Passiflora (Passion Vine), Polygonum aubertii (Silver Lace Vine), and Thunbergia. Each of these produce flowers during spring or summer months, and any would thrive under the conditions you describe.
