Is one sun exposure better than an other to plant my red pointsettia? Are there other considerations to make prior to planting? |
Poinsettias will put up with some shade, especially late in the day, but prefer a full sun location. They don't want soggy roots, and once established, do well with an occasional soaking alternated with a drying out period of a few days to a week. Trim the branches back a little at planting. Fertilize gradually throughout the spring and summer. Thanks for the question! |
