Smells like a most fragrant tea rose - like Mr. Lincoln or Chrysler Imperial. Also, long-lasting in a vase. Blooms are large, and get weighed down by rain, so I prefer to cut the buds in soft-marshmallow stage and make bouquets of them. They perfume the house. This one is a "Must Have" if only for its fragrance. But the blooms also get up to almost 8" in diameter. Love it!
