This plant has been horribly invasive for me. I might as well have planted Bermuda grass. :)
Try 'Waterperry' instead of 'Georgia Blue' in cool central California. Waterperry is not a strong (Lobelia-like) Blue, but 'Waterperry' IS well behaved. Who wants a garden thug like 'Georgia Blue' if she runs amuck! I don't know whether I'll ever be rid of her.
