The red color is not one of those dead brickish reds you see so often. This color just glows from a distance.

Although here and on the AHS site the height is listed as 18 inches, Mark Carpenter's catalog (with what I presume are the original stats from the hybridizer himself) and Blueridge list the height as 28 inches. Pretty big difference. Someone needs to correct something somewhere.

Athena's Gift is actually a very pale peach as opposed to true pink.

A new series by Ted Petit. It is advertised as being "Very" rust resistant. On this particular cultivar, Key Largo Moon, the petals have a slight ruffling that gives it a more modern look.

In a rust filled year Coral Corduroy remained disease free.

Highly rust resistant. Had a breakout of rust on nearby daylilies, but Yesterday Memories remained rust free.

Beautiful pure medium-pink color on a floribunda-sized bloom. Fast repeat on a compact plant. Blooms open quickly in the heat, but the open bloom is still rather attractive. Would work in a container.

This miniature rose is heat tolerant. The blooms still last for days in 100 degree temperatures.

Beautiful unique color. However rust susceptible.

Makes an excellent container plant.
