    Selected out of a cross between 'Lilac Queen' and 'Ruby Glow'. The single flowers are light purple with a dark center. Diameter of the flowers is about 12 inches.

    Compared to H. syriacus, H sinosyriacus is more vigorous.

    Introduced 1992.
