Not to be confused with 'Frances Rivis' sold in France and the UK. That one is known as the 'English form', and has longer, paler blue tepals and could actually be a form of 'Blue Dancer'.

This 'Frances Rivis' is considered the true form, and is sometimes called the 'Dutch Form' to help distinguish between the two.
