I think I saw a few for sale at a nursery; otherwise, I've only seen one specimen of this white variegated cultivar so far; that was a maturing tree at Jenkins Arboretum in southeast Pennsylvania. It does not bloom as heavily as the straight species and it infrequently produces pods. It develops some yellow fall color. Sometimes the graft is unstable and the tree can revert to some regular green foliage. It should be slower growing and more expensive to buy than the regular form. Introduced to the nursery trade by Theodore Klein of Crestwood, Kentucky.
