I planted Pentas 'Stars and Stripes' for the first time this year. I planted it in a container with Salvia 'Dancing Flames', Salvia 'Black and Blue' and a tall red Pentas.

As you can tell from the photo I submitted, it was crowded out mainly by the two Savias. (all the plants were quart size) I didn't think that would happen.

The next time I plant this beautiful Pentas, I'm going to plant 'Stars and Stripes' in a container by itself so it's beauty will shine through and the variegated green and white leaves will stand out against the red flowers.
