Actually a C.frutescens / Chinense cross, this plant is anything but a typical C. frutescens in terms of both appearance and flavour. The pods have Chinense characteristics being pungent and wrinkled. They look very much like the similarly named Aribibi Gusano (the Caterpillar pepper). They mature from white to yellow. The seeds are much sought after although very hard to get.

Quite hot, creamy, smoky, nutty flavor.
