Paeonia officinalis 'Rosa Plena' (Origin before 1907, but could date back to the 17th century) is probably a peregrina x officinalis hybrid cultivar: full double, rose pink flowers, large guard petals, narrow notched inner petals, fades to lighter pink, carpels become visible with age, no side buds, medium height at 2-3 feet, early bloomer. A ancient cultivar also known as the pink 'Memorial Day Peony'.
