MrsBinWY On July 18, 2021 Transplanted
On 7-18-2021, planted the 1 seedling in the old herb bed, next to the Paeonia teniufolia.
MrsBinWY On September 6, 2020 Miscellaneous Event
~9 small bulbils from 'Netty's Pride' (plants whose buds failed/shriveled in the summer heat). The bulbils began emerging within a week or two. Nine emerged, but one faded right away. As of 11-26-20, eight are still green, though small. Two have two leaves. The rest still have one leaf. Took these to Joyce in February 2021.
MrsBinWY On March 22, 2019 Potted up
1 - The seedling stayed in its pot all summer and senesced in the fall. I let it dry down and stay in a cool area of the house for a few months and then watered it and warmed it back up. It put up three leaves in 2020. As of 11-26-20, the plantlet (still in a 2.25" pot) is going into its second dormancy. The bulb is smaller than a dime.
