Smaller bulbs (12 per pound) with smaller cloves (12.75 cloves per bulb on the order I received). Is said to grow well in our hot, dry climate (originated in Texas) as well as the gulf coast and is considered to be an excellent keeper. An earlier maturing silverskin that is listed as mild.

The bulbs are made up of 3-4 rows of cloves. While the outer cloves are fair- to large-sized, there can be some tiny cloves internally.
