A dwarf white, swept-back, winged (petalled), yellow cupped beauty that is suited to forcing over winter due to characteristics of a very early bloom and short stature.

This daff is of New Zealand origin registered in 1971 w/ The International Daffodil Register & Classified List at The Royal Horticultural Society Horticultural Database’, available at www.rhs.org.uk
where it is described thusly: 'Fl. 82 mm wide, facing slightly downwards; perianth segments ovate or broadly ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, reflexed, creased, with margins a little incurling at apex, overlapping one-third to a half; corona somewhat funnel-shaped, smooth, vivid yellow 9A, paler at base, with mouth flared and more or less even, rim very shallowly notched and obscurely crenate. Dwarf. Early. 2n=21'

Multiple award winner sometimes spelled as 'Treena'.
Fertile, once used as seed parent (Marvis May), once as pollen parent (Wind Dancer).
