Emerald Mist was introduced by Walters Gardens in Michigan. It was found as a sport of Jack Frost. The leaves are heart-shaped with silver markings on top. Keep the soil moist. Tolerant of more sun than other variegated Brunneras, but in hot summer areas afternoon shade is needed to prevent leaf scorch. Great woodland plant.
