This is one fantastic Daylily that Dan Bachman hybridized! Always beautiful year after year! I love it! I love seeing every bloom flowering every year! I got it from Dan when he introduced it in 2002. Dan uses this one a lot in his hybridizing tetraploid spidery Daylilies, because it is such a great one on its own right! It was registered with 5 way branching and 36 buds, so you know you're always going to have lots of blooms to enjoy every year! Dan seems to be out of this one most of the time, since it is a great one for hybridizing and growing. It's a special Daylily and one of the great ones he has hybridized. I'd know, because he's an hour (each way) North of me in Lebanon, OH.

Chicken on the Run is a recent addition to my garden, and it is quickly becoming a favorite, because of the color! I don't have anything else quite like it, and the color is stunning! Love the name, too! The blooms have all been perfect!
