    This rose was one of the J&P test panel roses in 2008, when it was being sold in England as Rachel Louise Moran. J&P subsequently introduced the rose in the United States as Peppermint Splash.

    It's a fairly weak rose, with yellowing canes, lots of dieback, and virtually no resistance to black spot, but the blooms are pretty enough to compensate for those flaws.
