HVH: "'Champagne' blooms with a large 7-9" golden champagne single, with hints of white that evoke champagne bubbles, and the tiniest red eye to set it all off. 'Champagne' comes from a very unusual hibiscus cross. It got its large flower from mother 'Rainbow Christie,' but interestingly 'Rainbow Christie' is vivid and multi-colored. 'Champagne' looks more like its father, the golden brown 'Muffin Man.' but with a smoother, more even coloring and a larger flower. The bush is upright and medium-sized. Released from HVH in 2011."
