    "Paeonia 'Pastel Splendor', (3-SL-Y) Itoh Hybrid Peony, (Roger Anderson /Bill Seidl, Wisconsin, 1996), USDA Hardiness Zone 4, Medium height, single to semi-double, yellow lavender petals, red flares, yellow stamens, light yellow sheath & stigmas, midseason bloomer , Michigan Bloom Month 6a-6.

    Opens yellow with a touch of lavender, fades to mostly yellow. Planted in 2013. "
