This is a manageable size for an Epiphyllum. The plant is in a 6" container and the bloom is the size of a quarter.

This plant surprised me with this bloom on August 31, 2020 after I had repotted it two weeks earlier. It was well watered by Hurricane Laura less than a week before blooming.
