The only tomato in my garden this year that is cracking as it ripens, it is smaller than I expected with an acidic flavor that is very "tomatoey." As with other "blue" tomatoes, the dark pigment appears on the part of the fruit with the greatest exposure to sunlight. For me, this blue's flavor is superior to the several others I have tried.

First time growing this tomato, though I have grown Brad Gates' tomatoes for years; I am nuts about them! This particular variety is not stable, as previously noted in the comments and the plant statistics; for example, my fruit is growing noticeably larger than indicated. Mine are just beginning to ripen, I am anxiously awaiting the taste. I will post a picture when they ripen further.

This tomato is so delicious! Unfortunately, it is not a high yield variety. The whole season, it produced only 10 fruits for me. But every fruit tasted so good, sweet and flavors are balanced. Very nice!
