    Old-time favorite for salads or cooked greens. Mild, pleasant, nutty flavor.
    Very tender, oval green leaves form small rosettes.
    Direct sow in fall or early spring. Succession-sow.
    This is cold-hardy to 5 F, and it may over-winter, especially under cover.
