Salad green with a pleasant, nutty flavor (may be used alone or as a component in salads). Recommended to sow 36 seeds per foot in rows 12 inches apart. Average seeds per pound is around 17000. Variety is bred for a warm season planting in late spring and summer for harvest summer through early fall. Harvest when 2 to 3 inches tall. Cut the young rosettes at root attachment.
