    This is the first year I have grown this pepper, it is a very mild hot pepper, I don't like the really hot ones. This is a prolific producer, and the peppers dry very well in a dehydrator, just slice off the stem piece and then slice the pepper in half and dry. I harvested them when they were a bright orange, and they maintained their bright color when dried.
