    This is a wonderful medium sized (2 inches across for mature rosettes) sempervivum, that gets very dark at the end of winter or early part of spring, depending on your weather and growing conditions. At times it appears to be almost black. Plant it next to plants that are lite colored in the spring, it will make both plants stand out. : )
