This sempervivum gives year-round color if kept in full sun throughout the year. Handles long periods of drought without much loss of leaves.

Also went through our very long and wet rainy season of about 4 months without any problems with rot.

It's full beauty comes out as a two year old rosette. This has become one of my favorite semps year round.
