    Bred by Lyman D. Glasscock (1875-1972) Elmwood, Illinois. He has 79 peonies listed with the American Peony Society including the popular Peony 'Mother's Choice', Peony 'Red Charm' and Peony 'Illini Warrior' (one of my favorites). Registered by Mrs. Elizabeth Falk (daughter), Plainfield, Illinois. "
