I just discovered this Chain or Water Speedwell, being able to find out what it is with help from two people on this site's "plant questions." It is found wild in both much of North America and Eurasia, probably native to both sides of the earth. Some Eurasian stock may have arrived in North America. I don't know of any kind of nursery that sells this species. I found a large mass growing through much of a water run heading to a large creek in southeast Pennsylvania. It looks nice to me.
