This little roma type tomato grows on a tidy five foot tall vine. The clusters of Black Plum will not easily release their fruit until the tomato is ripe enough. I find when I reach out to feel how ripe they are, the ripened tomatoes will drop into the palm of my hand. They have a sweet and mellow taste and make a nice addition to a meal or just for nibbling. The Black Plum averages about one inch in length.

82 days. Fruit size about the same as Yellow Pear but with a deep mahogany color and juicy, sweet, fruity flavor.
