I live in North Florida. My Passion flower is growing profusely, with healthy leaves and lots of vines, but it's only produced 3 flowers, and they were early in spring. I thought I would get flowers through the summer! We have had a lot of rain this year. Could that be the reason I'm not getting flowers? I'm ready to cut it down!
