Lady's Bedstraw (Galium verum) or in Bulgarian Жълто Еньовче is an amazing herb.
The usable part is flowering overhead (Herba Galii aparinis).
The herb can be applied externally to recurrent furunculosis (boils) and secondary infected skin rashes. The powdered herb is sprinkled on wounded surfaces and provides prophylactic action against secondary infection.
The herb is also used in Bulgarian herb medicine in cases of ascites accompanying liver cirrhosis as well as inflammatory swelling in acute articular rheumatism. The herb is also used in inflammatory processes of the urinary tract, especially the bladder.

The herb grows all over Bulgaria up to 1,000 m above sea level.

This is a nice little plant, but can be VERY invasive. Recommend growing in a container or you'll find it popping up all over your flower beds.
