Characteristics: Uniform ripening, determinate, high color, large, smooth fruit, thick walls, soft core, pleasant flavor. Adaptation: same as Rutgers. Doubtful that this variety is still in circulation as it has since been commercially replaced by improved varieties such as 'Ace 55' and 'Cal-Ace' that added disease resistance.
