    Information from "A Guide to Wild Flowers, Ferns and Grasses":
    "Rhizome: creeping. Stalks: erect, unbranched, square in cross section. Leaves: opposite, petiolate, cordate, orate, serrate. Flowers: in the axils of leaf-like bracts. Calyx: white, bell-shaped with narrow pointed teeth. Corolla: 2-lipped with 4 stamens. Fruit: 4 achenes. Originated in: Europe and Asia; secondary North America."
