    This plant is a dwarf canna.

    It is also quite vigorous in blooms. It is also "late" to emerge, usually emerging around ~May/April. Also very compact and will bloom until frost.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    The photos by luvsgrtdanes, pirl, Kabby and froggardener are correct. They may be slightly misleading though.

    The blooms start out peachy cream and coral colored, and blush to that bright mango yellow-orange.
