Fifth Annual Lavender Festival
In the Olympic Peninsula community of Sequim, merchants, artisans, and growers will offer demonstrations for using lavender in cooking, landscaping, and craftmaking during the 2-day Lavender Festival on July 21 and 22. Eight area farms will also be open for tours, where growers will explain methods of cultivating and harvesting fields of the fragrant flowers. The festival will also include food, an art show, music, and attractions for children.
