A Home Irrigation System
Conserving water in the garden is easier and much more efficient if you have a home irrigation system. Operating and Maintaining a Home Irrigation System from Colorado State University Extension will help you understand how to use the system and maintain it properly to save both time and money.

Favorite or New Plant

Sweet William
I've always been hooked by the clove-scented flowers of sweet william (Dianthus barbatus). Unlike the newer cultivars that have lost the intoxicating fragrance, the old-fashioned sweet william is a rugged survivor. The plants will self-sow readily and come back consistently year after year. Plant in well-drained soils amended with a generous supply of compost where they get full sun and good air circulation. They won't disappoint you.
