Overwintering Tender Perennials Indoors
Bulbs in the Basement, Geraniums on the Windowsill, by Brian McGowan and Alice McGowan is not at publishers yet, but I can hardly wait. I visited the McGowan's Blue Meadow Farm a couple of years ago and it was a marvel. The plants they grew were not your usual geraniums and petunias, and I look forward to learning how to nurture some of our tender perennials through a winter indoors. The book will have techniques for overwintering plants, as well as plant profiles with advice for growing indoors.
