The Microbe Zoo
The Microbe Zoo (

http://commtechlab.msu.edu/sites/dlc-me/
) is a fun look at the fascinating world of microorganisms, created by the folks at Michigan State University. Geared for the nonscientist of any age, it features such entertaining venues as Dirtland, the Snack Bar, and Water World. Click on the Snack Bar and then Chocolate, where you can learn that to get the cacao seeds out of the pod, the pod must ferment with the aid of naturally occurring microbes. Perhaps that tidbit of information will help you refrain from overeating chocolate. Though I know it won't stop me!
