Favorite or New Plant

Summer Time Blue Emu
Native to Australia, emu bush is well-adapted to Southwest growing conditions. Growers have developed various flower colors and plant sizes. Recently, several gardeners have told me how much they admire their Eremophila x 'Summer Time Blue' as a bullet-proof, drought-tolerant plant covered in lilac-blue flowers through the warm growing season. This emu grows 6 feet talll and almost as wide, so locate it where it has room to spread.
