Favorite or New Plant

Catmint
'Walker's Low' catmint (Nepeta racemosa 'Walker's Low') is a wonderful perennial that is a magnet for honeybees and other bees. It does best in full sun and blooms prolifically. Be sure to plant in well-drained soil as it doesn't like soggy conditions. To encourage a second bloom, deadhead and cut back hard after the first flush of blooms fade.

Clever Gardening Technique

Make a Fun Pole Bean Teepee
Grow your pole beans on a tripod made from ten foot poles tied at the top with rope or clothes line cord. Beans grow freely and children can play inside the teepee. Maybe you can even convince them to eat their green beans. lol
