The DiMeglio System (page 2 of 2)
by Scott Millard
Deer? Raccoons? Woodchucks?
Although this structure was constructed to suit the unique gardening conditions of the Arizona desert, its principles apply to almost any region. In addition to protecting the garden from rabbits and squirrels, the structure could also keep out deer and raccoons. Likewise, the space- and labor-saving features of the irrigation system and raised-bed design would help gardeners everywhere.
And that's the way J.D. takes what anyone would call a thorough approach to growing vegetables. When you're a tenacious gardener, nothing can prevent you from enjoying fresh eggplant parmesan in November.
