Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This Promotion is subject to all applicable regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents. Employees of NGA and immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: Subscribe to one or more of our free e-newsletters by entering your e-mail address and name. Once your subscription request is received, you will automatically be entered in the drawing.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Subscription registration must be received by June 15th, 2008 to be included in the drawing.

PRIZES: As described on main page. Sponsor reserves the right to determine how the prize is delivered and may substitute prize as deemed necessary. Prizes are not refundable or exchangeable for cash value.

DRAWING: Winners will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible registrants. The random drawing will be held after the deadline for entry and will be conducted by NGA whose decision is final in all matters. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail within 30 days after the entry deadline. If a winner does not respond to claim a prize within 60 days after the entry deadline, the prize will be forfeited.

GENERAL: By entering, participants also agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules; (b) that the decision of the NGA is final on all matters relating to the promotion; and (c) to release NGA and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of participation in this promotion or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at its sole discretion. Sponsor retains the copyright on any information submitted for entry. Such information will not be returned to applicant.

PRIVACY POLICY: Your contact information will not be shared with other companies. Sponsor may, from time to time, send gardening-related email offers to applicant. Read complete privacy policy.

DISPUTES: All issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and any disputes shall be resolved by mediation or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Chittenden County, Vermont.
