Thread OP

This poor fern has unfortunately been put through the ringer. It wasn't in great shape when I bought it, but it was accidentally knocked over and now it's all bent out of shape. Some bottom leaves are shriveling while others are turning yellow. These are beautiful plants and I'd love to keep this one alive. Any help is appreciated!!

Welcome @Mboeker! My maidenhair fern was a different type, (can't find an uncopyrighted picture, but it had very fine leaves) but I kept it alive for 20 years by cutting off any broken, yellow, or brown leaves at the soil line. Also, my fern needed to be kept in something with 1/2" of water at all times. Let it dry up for 1 day, all the leaves would turn brown. 2 days, it was dead. If you keep it in water, it lives for years and years.

Your fern is a 5-Finger Fern (Adiantum aleuticum). Texaskitty111 gave you good advice.
